What the app is — and isn't

GuideMyHome AI provides general homeowner information generated by an AI model. It is not a substitute for a licensed electrician, plumber, HVAC technician, exterminator, structural engineer, or emergency services. Always follow local codes and permit requirements.

Safety

In any real or suspected emergency — gas leak, fire, carbon monoxide alarm, active flooding, electrical arcing, injury — leave the area and call 911 (or your local emergency number) first. Do not use the app to triage a life-safety event.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for keeping your account secure. You may delete your account at any time from the deletion page.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you don't have the right to share.
Do not attempt to attack, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
Do not use the app for illegal purposes.

Limitations of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuideMyHome AI is not liable for any damage arising from actions you take based on AI answers. Use judgment; when in doubt, hire a licensed professional.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be announced in the app.
